Shanghaihas introduced 13 new measures aimed at enhancing services forforeign nationals drawn to the city.

上海推出了13项新措施，旨在增强对吸引到该市的外籍人士的服务。

Announcedat the Fourth Shanghai Talent+ Summit, these measures streamlineprocedures for acquiring visas, residence permits, permanentresidency, work permits, and accessing financial services.

这些措施在第四届上海人才+峰会上宣布，简化了获取签证、居留许可、永久居留权、工作许可证和获得金融服务的程序。

Keyhighlights include:

1.Theage limit for category B foreign talents applying for a work permithas been extended to 70 years.

1.申请工作许可证的B类外籍人才年龄限制已延长至70岁。

2.Eligible foreigngraduates from key majors can now apply for a residence permitvalid for up to 5 years.

2.符合条件的重点专业外籍毕业生现在可以申请有效期长达5年的居留许可。

3.The"Single Window" for both work permit and residence permit,previously exclusive to category A talents, is now available to all.

Previously,most foreign talents working in Shanghai had to visit two separategovernment departments.

3.之前仅A类人才专享的“单一窗口”服务，现在对所有人开放，用于同时办理工作许可证和居留许可。此前，在上海工作的大多数外籍人才需要访问两个不同的政府部门。

4.Childrenof foreign talents can apply to study in public schools inShanghai.
